Lisa Marie Presley’s three daughters will inherit Graceland, The Post has learned.
Following the news last week of Presley’s death, many began to wonder what it meant for the future of Graceland – where her father, the King of Rock, Elvis Presley, lived with his parents.
“The trust (involving Graceland) will go to Lisa Marie Riley’s daughters, Finley and Harper,” a Graceland representative told The Post.
Elvis’ iconic mansion in Memphis, Tennessee was first passed down to his daughter after his death in 1977.
It was Presley’s childhood home — and more importantly, where her father died at age 42. Presley officially received the property on her 25th birthday — effectively making her the sole owner of Graceland.
She also had 100 million dollars left, which she quickly gambled away with a series of disastrous business decisions.
Elvis bought Graceland in 1957 for $100,000. The property has since opened its doors to paying visitors and even offers tours as well as overnight stays.
The lavish estate is now worth around $500 million.
“The tour of Graceland Mansion includes the living room, his parents’ bedroom, the kitchen, the TV room, the billiards room, the famous jungle room, his father’s office, the newly renovated trophy building, the racquetball building – recently restored to look like it was in 1977, and the garden meditations,” the site says.
The younger Presley, who died on January 12 after suffering cardiac arrest, is survived by her twin daughters Harper and Finelli Lockwood, 14, and daughter Riley Keough, 33, who was 54.
While the fate of the property remains up in the air, Presley has previously hinted that the home will always be in her family.
“It’s absolutely 100 percent mine, and it always has been mine, Graceland,” she told Entertainment Tonight in 2013. “Always will be. And when it is no longer mine, it will be my children. And that is that.”
The Presley family has announced that a public memorial service will be held at the estate on January 22.
Representatives previously told Page Six that Presley will be laid to rest there with his father and late son Benjamin, who died by suicide in 2020 at the age of 27.
